Dog Boarding in Rhinelander

Rex had a great time with Hannah. She was quick with responses and sent photo updates so we knew he was doing well. Her dogs were great companions. She went the extra mile and gave him a bath and clipped his nails. Would definitely recommend her as a sitter.

My lab just spent the weekend with Kris and Rob and had an absolute blast. She LOVES the water, fetching balls and retrieving sticks. They sent several pictures and video's of Josie playing in the yard and resting on the couch. She made herself right at home. Much appreciation for being able to leave with confidence that she was well taken care of. Highest regards for Kris and Rob's care for Josie!! Thank you both!

I know everyone says their dog is special, but my dog Ted was a rescued pitbull mix who comes with health issues and separation anxiety from me, so I get nervous about leaving him. He is so sensitive because of his harsh past but I immediately noticed he was in good hands with Gretchen and Tim. I was able to enjoy my weekend away from him with no worries, knowing he was receiving all the love and care he would have had at home with me. The photos I got of him getting all the cuddles let me know he was just fine :) Will definitely leave Ted with them in the future!

Jayne was amazing! We were able to enjoy our weekend away knowing that our puppy was in good hands! We'll definitely be using her again in the future!

This was our first time using Rover, I was definitely really skeptical (like what if this was a scam, etc.) So I was very nervous but we booked a last minute Memorial weekend getaway and all other kennels were booked. We came across Wendy's profile and really liked how she described herself! She had recent reviews and recently updated her availability. That's what drew me to her initially. She was able to accommodate us when we booked on Wednesday for that same weekend. She responded right away with a "Yes" or "No" for booking and reached out to us right away via text messages to ask for pictures and care plan. She answered any questions I had as this was our first time using Rover and using a private dog sitter/board. She also messaged us a prior to the scheduled day just to let us know that she's excited! She was also very accommodating with the drop-off/pick-up time. We were scheduled to drop off at 2pm and pick up at 8pm the next day. We were able to drop her off a little bit earlier and pick her up a little later due to changes in our trip. Wendy and her family were ready for us upon arriving, she did have a dog and she brought him out to meet us and our dog for a bit. The area Wendy lives in was very nice as well, I wanted to make sure we picked the right fit and we definitely did. From Wendy and Kinsey and her home, it made me feel much more at ease. She texted me pictures and updates which I really appreciated. We got to talk a little bit when we picked up our dog and Wendy gave us a brief recap of the weekend (how many walks they went on, how our dog was behaving, etc.) Would definitely book Wendy (and Kinsey) again!

Mark is extremely caring and clearly loves animals. He goes out of his way to be a host to new pets and their families. Very kind and communicative and responsible. Lots of walks which my pup needed.
