Pamela was very responsive and friendly! She came over beforehand for a meet and greet. She also sent a nice summary and pictures each day. I would highly recommend her!

Mandy is so easy to communicate with and always responsive! She is very caring and attentive. I really enjoyed reading the Rover card every day, and I’m glad to see that she built such a wonderful friendship with my cat. I also have to emphasize—Mandy is a great photographer! Many of the photos she took are cute enough to be portraits (I secretly saved some of them🤭).

Iva and Eduardo watched my two kitties over the holidays and they went above and beyond with their care! They were able to pill my (occasionally naughty) kitty twice daily, kept me informed, gave them tons of love / play and sent me lots of pictures! Would highly recommend for an above spectacular job!

We couldn't be happier with the care that Krista provided for our two cats while we were on vacation! Krista was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our cats were comfortable and happy. She followed all of our care instructions and it was clear that she truly cared about the well-being of our pets. Our cats were calm and content (and happy to see us) when we returned, which is a testament to the fantastic job she did. Communication was excellent throughout our trip. Krista sent us regular updates and photos (not always easy with cats!), which helped us relax and enjoy our vacation knowing that our pets were in good hands. Thank you so much!

Janay is incredible! She was attentive and communicative and truly went above and beyond in taking care of my cats. Her integrity is especially commendable, as she was able to fulfill our contract despite a personal emergency on her part. I would recommend her to anyone and will absolutely be booking with her again.

I booked Kelly to do a drop in visit while I was out of town last weekend. She came for a meet and greet with my cats mid week, and we got everything set up. Unfortunately I became very sick and stayed home. Kelly was so understanding and even helped me figure out how to get a partial refund. I will definitely be returning to her for kitty care in the future.

Jess did a great job taking care of my cat! My cat hides from new people, and she still took the time to find her and send me a photo. The updates she wrote with each check-in always made me so happy. I had to rush and change my travel plans and she was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and was able to change my booking to reflect my new travel dates! I would highly recommend Jess to take care of your pets.

We hired ann for a daily drop in visit while we were away, and we came home to a happy cat. Ann did a great job, followed the instructions, and was very communicative. We would happily hire her again. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic experience with Mandi and delighted she was able to take our booking. Mandi came for a meet-and-greet in advance of the booking to review details and get acquainted with our home, our cat, and his care. He was much more relaxed and comfortable when we returned than when we've picked him up from boarding in the past; at his advanced age, that means so much! We're looking forward to our next booking with Mandi!

Austin was great! He came over and met the cats before he took the job and we discussed any concerns we have. He gave us pictures of the kitties every time he took care of the cats, played with our youngest kitty every time, and was very understanding when we got the dates of our trip wrong. He even took in the recycling container that we left out and a giant Chewy box (which we were not expecting!). Will definitely consider hiring Austin again in the future if needed! :)

I had an excellent experience with Kylie! She was professional, communicative, and provided top-notch care for my cat while I was on a weekend trip. The cute pictures and updates she sent put me at ease, especially since this was my first time using Rover. I would definitely book her again for future needs.

Hannah was great! She agreed to do 2 meet and greets since we were moving and came in to feed our kitten (16 year old prissy cat) and got her to take all her meds, no problem! Thank you, Hannah!

James was wonderful with our senior kitty Mocha! He showed so much care for her when he met her, and he took care of her special routine needs. He was incredibly timely even on a big holiday. We felt so at ease and we will certainly book again! :)
