Austin was great to work with! He sent daily updates along with photos, which gave me a lot of peace of mind while I was away. He consistently checked in and kept me informed on how everything was going. I also really appreciated his flexibility and willingness to help out on short notice. I booked Kelly to do a drop in visit while I was out of town last weekend. She came for a meet and greet with my cats mid week, and we got everything set up. Unfortunately I became very sick and stayed home. Kelly was so understanding and even helped me figure out how to get a partial refund. I will definitely be returning to her for kitty care in the future.

Fantastic coverage for my 2-week absence. Mandi even got my formerly-feral cat comfortable enough to come out and sit in the hallway during her visits, which is an accomplishment for a stranger! She takes detailed notes and asks all the questions during the meet & greet, and had a great idea for key return under the door.

Iva and Edwardo were very efficient and timely in giving meds, feeding and tending to our older shy cat. By the end of their care she followed them in the house and rubbed on their legs when they arrived. This is the highest of complements from this cat many people never even see. We will definitely engage their help again if we travel.

Jess was fabulous. We felt so confident leaving our pets in her care and were not disappointed. We are looking forward to our next trip and being able to work with Jess again.
