Dayna was an absolute pleasure to work with! She kept my anxious kitty company on a very last-minute notice and provided updates every day. Roxy seemed to have a ball with Dayna, and I’m so thankful for all her help! I’ve never used Rover before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m so happy I went with Dayna! Highly recommended ❤️

Tori provided drop-in care for our two cats over a period of three days while we traveled. The cats were well taken care of and she provided photo updates. Tori is reliable and friendly and the cats have a new bestie in their circle of friends!

Phillip was prompt in his communication and personable. We appreciated his flexibility when we modified our original request a little. We also appreciated his candor and would happily have him look in on our cats again.

We had a one-time drop-in visit for our cat Noodle, and it was a great experience. Communication was prompt and clear, and they were right on time. Even though it was just one stop, they made sure Noodle was well taken care of and comfortable. We had Kate do several drop in visits while we were out of town. She was very responsive, took great care of our 2 cats, and even brought some Christmas treats for them after confirming they were allowed to have them. We would definitely book with Kate in the future!

Quinn was kind, communicative, and reliable with Tetra’s check-ins. Tetra requires oral heart medication, and unfortunately when we returned home, I found two pills that she had spit out. Tetra can be tricky with medication, but confirming that she swallowed each pill is especially important for her care. I shared this feedback with Quinn afterward, and she was very receptive and appreciative that I let her know.
