Kathryn was absolutely amazing, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she provided for our pets. From the start, she was professional, dependable, and incredibly kind. It was obvious she truly loves animals and treated our pets like they were her own. She kept us updated with messages and photos, which gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Knowing our pets were in such caring and capable hands made all the difference. When we came home, our pets were happy, relaxed, and clearly very well cared for. I had a fantastic experience with Frankie & Gabe! They were not only friendly and professional but also took great care of my dogs. They were able to successfully administer medicine to my senior pup and took them on a walk during their drop-in, which was appreciated. They are definitely dedicated to the well-being of pets in their care. Highly recommend!

This is the 2nd time I have booked for my two Guinea pigs. Any messages are answered very quickly and my pigs seem to love them already. I will definitely keep booking for future times any drop-ins for veggie feeds are needed. Thank you for being trustworthy and putting my mind at ease!

Jasmine has done many drop-ins for my cat, Earl Grey since I adopted him in July. She replies promptly and I always can trust she will take good care of my pet. She has properly given him medication in the past when he had an ear infection while I was away. I always look forward to the photo or two that I receive of my cat at every drop in. I also trust Jasmine in my home. If there is ever any incident, she will handle it with integrity. During one of her drop ins, she was vacuuming pieces of cat toy tinsel from my kitchen floor and the vacuum accidentally struck my cat's porcelain water fountain and it broke. She apologized profusely, cleaned up the water, left a hand written note, a suggestion of where to order a replacement, and more than enough money to cover the cost. I'm lucky to have someone so trustworthy to watch my cat when I'm away! I've already recommended her to a coworker and she will be my first choice for future sitting needs.

Crystal was very nice at our Meet & Greet and made sure to take any important notes down. She followed all my pet care instructions perfectly & made sure my babies were taken good care of! I felt relaxed knowing that she had it all handled. I will be booking with her again in the future!
