Doggy Day Care in Shorewood Hills

As a first time Rover user, Julie was an excellent pick! She was very responsive and on top of everything and made us feel comfortable with leaving our pup for the first time. Would highly recommend!

Ben and his partner are my go-to dog sitters in Madison. From our very first interaction, where he demonstrated strategic pack leadership by slowly introducing my pup to his three dogs one by one during a meet and greet, to the calming energy he exudes daily. I have no worries about leaving Nia there for longer trips (~1 week business trips), and they are always accommodating to my last-minute requests for day care. Plenty of updates are provided throughout, and the biggest thing I notice is how calm Nia is post-stay. With other dog sitters, she would return home reactive/anxious, but with Ben and his pack, it's just another day - she is happy to arrive and enjoys her adventures there. Ben took the time to listen to my concerns about Nia's reactivity and helped create a structured environment for her when I have to travel for work. I have repeatedly rebooked with them. Thank you so much!

Had a wonderful experience leaving my dog for a few hours with Mary so that I could go out to dinner while visiting Madison. I would definitely leave Dexter here again.

Eric and Rachel were so flexible the entire time and were great to my dog! They took her on multiple walks and kept me updated! I will definitely use them in the future.

Jenny provides lots of updates throughout the day and is very quick to respond and communicate. She is flexible and takes great care of Phoebe, even accommodating her day so that Phoebe could enjoy more of the nice weather in their backyard.

We love having Uma go to daycare with Martha and Ryan, she gets lots of attention and affection. They include her in their activities which I know Uma loves. They’re very responsive and reliable caretakers :)

Stefanie was great with watching my girl Lucy, especially with only a day notice. Would highly recommend!

Kristin, Bruce and their family are wonderfully kind, communicative, and attentive!! They were patient with my dog’s quirks, and we are excited for more doggie daycare with them!

Emma is a wonderful sitter. She took very good care of our fur baby juno. Juno enjoyed his time with her and cooper. She was also flexible in converting a day care into boarding. We would definitely recommend Emma's care and would book with her again if we're in the area.

Manu is a wonderful and caring animal whisperer. We needed someone to watch our sweet lab mix, Benny, with little notice so we had to forgo a meet and greet but no doubts whatsoever based on her profile. Manu was very responsive and extremely tentative to Benny who is recovering from Giardia. She sent many photos and sealed the visit off with a very cute holiday video of Benny's stay. Benny came home with a new bandana and a new BFF. She is a warm, kind person that quickly became a #1 pick for us to book again. 12/10

Wanqing has been great with my shih tzu! She took time to get my dog adjusted to the new environment. She sends pictures throughout the day and I don’t worry while my dog is there. My dog now gets excited to go back!

Visiting from out of town I needed day care for my dog, Banjo. He does not talk so I was not sure how the first day went, until the second day. When we returned the next morning he was so excited he nearly broke the window to exit the car. Gen clearly loves dogs and knows how to care for them. We will be back.
