Laura did an amazing job taking care of my two cats while I was on vacation. She kept me updated with photos and great communication, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. She’s professional, reliable, and clearly cares about the pets she looks after. I’ll definitely be booking with her again in the future!

Taylor was great with my cats. Very communicative and I could tell she has a lot of experience handling cats and wanting to know about likes/dislikes in order to better take care of them. I will call on her services again if needed

Tanis was so patient and kind with my finicky cats. I appreciate that she took care of my older cats insulin shots and gave them both love. I felt so relieved to have someone so sweet and competent take care of my fur babies.

Jennifer was great with our three cats when we were gone for a week. She handled an unexpected medication event with our senior cat.

Jennifer was truly exceptional. Our two cats are both particular and needy, with lots of detailed instructions, medications, and routines — and she handled everything with patience, care, and professionalism. She followed every instruction to the letter, checked in regularly with thoughtful updates, and took the time to problem-solve when things didn’t go perfectly (which happens with our cats!). Her Rover updates were thorough, with plenty of photos, videos and notes that made it easy to relax while we were away. She was proactive — adjusting to our cats’ moods, getting meds and supplements done even when one of them was hiding, and finding ways to keep both cats happy. Jennifer’s calm, communicative approach and attention to detail made all the difference. We came home to two well-cared-for, content kitties — and a spotless setup. We’ve used Rover for years, and she’s easily one of the best sitters we’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Brandon was beyond thorough in his care for my cats. From his first visit he took absolutely meticulous notes to address each aspect of care and asked questions to clarify any points I missed. Throughout the visit he was observant and ensured both of my very shy cats had some daily human interaction and ate at least something and then documented everything. His care exceeded expectations and I will happily have Brandon watch my cats again!

Hayley is awesome! She treated our cats exactly as we would have treated them - with kindness and gentleness. She spent some extra time petting them and getting to know them even though we had only asked for drop in visits. We would have her take care of them again in a heartbeat!

Laura is definitely the sitter you need if your pets have medical issues. She is able to give my one cat his pills and the other cat, an insulin shot. She also sends very cute pictures which gives you a peace of mind that they are in good hands.

Stephanie did a wonderful job with our cat. We received detailed updates and multiple pictures after each visit. Our cat can show symptoms of separation anxiety, often demonstrated by eating too quickly and vomiting after, but none of that happened with Stephanie taking care of her.
