Patricia is an exceptionally warm, friendly, reliable and communicative professional! This was our first booking using her for our medium sized shepherd mix to do drop in visits. She performed all of the drop ins, walks and services on time, and communicated well with us. I will definitely be rebooking with her!!

I'm a 1st timer with Rover.com and found this to be an AMAZING experience! Loved the app, and LOVED my sitter, Jackie H even MORE!!! She was extremely kind & caring. 1 of my 2 cats has special medical needs and I felt confident she could administer Frankie's inhaler without any problem. Kailey was a wonderful pet sitter! Before we left she made sure she understood what we were looking for and while we were gone, sent many great pictures and a detailed report of how our cats were doing. I highly recommend her!

Kaylan was awesome! She took care of my fur babies while I was away on a last minute trip. She was able to make an extra drop in which helped ease the dogs anxiety (and mine).

Tami did an excellent job caring for both my cats who have medical needs. My older cat is a diabetic with severe skin issues requiring multiple medications on an alternating schedule in addition to her twice a day insulin. She did a good job asking questions and making sure Kitten got the medications she needed on the correct schedule. She successfully gave both oral and injection medication and Kitten was in great shape when I got back (which is not always the case after a vacation due to her detailed care needs). There were some minor things that came up but those were mostly me being very particular about some specifics and in the end, were not that important and didn't affect the care of the cats. The house was clean and the cat food and litter box trash taken out, which I appreciated.

Rachel was truly great! She was friendly and communicative, and most importantly of course, was amazing with my cat while we were gone. She left detailed notes and took many pictures every single visit. This was my first time leaving my cat in the care of a sitter and my first time using the app, Rachel was very understanding and reassuring. She left me with a great impression. 10/10 would book again!

Shawn took good care of Leo and Piper while I was away. He made sure they were cared for, spent time playing with them, and kept me updated on how they were doing. I especially appreciated that he let me know when Piper wasn’t eating and was always quick to respond to any questions I had. It was reassuring knowing they were in good hands.
