Our Bode was only 10 weeks when he started going to Karen weekly! He was afraid to leave our side as we had spent every minute the first 2 weeks with him. She was absolutely wonderful with my puppy. From the start, she was very cordial and easy to communicate with. What really stood out was how consistently she kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was clear she genuinely cared and made sure my puppy felt comfortable and at ease in a new environment. I could tell he was happy and well cared for the entire time. Kate’s care was exceptional! She addressed the needs of our pup before and during his care in ways beyond expectations!! In addition to her amazing care taking skills she communicated with us through messages, pictures and videos. It looks like he made a couple of Friends Fur Life with her adorable fur babies, Poe and Gus! I know, for certain, our little man can’t wait to see them all again!!
Jeanette did a great job watching Sammi. She sent several pictures and told us how well Sammi behaved. We will definitely have Jeanette watch Sammi again.
