Dog Boarding in Waterford

This was our first experience with boarding and it was great! Rachel is quickly responsive and communicative. She put us at ease with our first time boarding. Would highly recommend Rachel.

Scott & Ashley were absolutely AMAZING! We truly could not have asked for a better experience for our girls. From the moment we dropped them off, we knew they were going to be surrounded by so much love, attention, and care. The girls had the BEST weekend with them and their family! They especially loved being around the kids and having playtime that matched their energy. And when it was time to wind down for naps, there were plenty of cuddles and snuggles waiting for them too. As someone who gets extremely anxious about leaving our pups with anyone, this experience meant everything to us. We’ve always had pet sitters stay in our home because it’s so hard for me to fully trust others with our babies. But Scott & Ashley put me at ease from the very beginning. They treated our girls like part of their own family, and that kind of love and comfort is priceless. For the first time ever, while boarding our girls, I felt completely relaxed knowing our girls were safe, happy, loved, and having an absolute blast. We are beyond grateful to have found them and will 1000% be using Scott & Ashley again for our future doggie care needs. If you’re looking for people who will love your pets like their own, look no further — HIGHLY, highly recommend!

This was our first experience with Joanne. We had never used the Rover site but had a last minute need for a week of boarding. Joanne was so great as we coordinated a meet and greet. We could tell right away that she was a calm, organized, and personable person who loves dogs! Our dog took to her right away and shadowed her much of the time of her stay. Joanne sent us daily pictures with a note about how our dog was doing and was very responsive to any concerns we had. She took care to understand and honor our dog’s personality, behavior, and boundaries. Despite her own dog not needing leash walks to do her business, Joanne took ours for regular potty walks in below zero weather!! What a good humored trouper!!! We will be contacting Joanne for future boarding!!

Deanne was great. She was able to quickly accommodate a last minute trip for me and took great care of my Charlie. She was very communicative, followed instruction (including administering medication), and always kept me updated on Charlie.

We had such a wonderful experience! Ryder was so well cared for, and it gave us incredible peace of mind while we were away. We ended up having major travel delays on our way home, and they were so kind, flexible, and accommodating by keeping Ryder an extra night without adding any stress to an already hectic situation. Communication was excellent, and it was obvious that Ryder was treated like part of the family. We came home to a happy, well-cared-for pup, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We are so grateful for the amazing care and will absolutely be booking with them again. Highly recommend!🐾

Hannah is a wonderful dog sitter. It was our first time leaving our dog with someone and was feeling a little nervous for her. She sent tons of pictures and reassurance that our pup was having a great time and thriving in her care. She’s a superior communicator and you can tell she loves the animals she’s caring for like they’re her own. I can’t recommend her enough.

Tony and family were wonderful! Sky was very well taken care of. We got pictures nightly, which made me very comfortable with her care. We will definitely look to Tony first when we need boarding again!

Ashley and her family took excellent care of Rocco. She sent pictures and updates daily, gave him walks, treats, and played his favorite game. He enjoyed the attention from the girls and having someone home with him all day. Rocco can be anxious when we leave him, but he came home after a week happy and calm. We will definitely leave Rocco with Ashley again.

Our 3 year old dog has high anxiety and we've never left her alone before. We took an out of state trip and used Maria & Nayibe for 5 days. They were very accommodating for the initial meet and greet and tried so hard to win her trust that they won ours! I received daily updates and pics and they even went as far as hand feeding our drama queen when she got sick from her hunger strike tantrum. I would highly recommend them and would absolutely not hesitate to use them again. They easied ALL of our anxieties... ours AND hers! I can't sing their praises high enough!!!

Olivia was an excellent choice! She even gave Coby a bath! We appreciate her flexibility with pick up and drop off. Coby loved his time with Olivia, he was very tuckered out when we brought him home so we know he had a blast!

Kim was awesome. Maddie got a lot of love during her stay. She was even invited to sleep in bed with her. We also loved all the pictures and updates while we were away. We will definitely use Kim again

Alicia was fantastic! She took great care of my dog and kept me updated with photos and messages throughout the stay. I would absolutely book with Alicia again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring Rover sitter

Kam has watched my cat in her home three times. My little guy loves her and her family. She sends me pictures everyday so I always know how he is doing. He’s usually snuggling on her lap. 🥰 I would give 10 🌟’s if I could!

Chili was more then spoiled. I would describe his stay as "Hollywood" style. Shyla was great a communicating and my daughter realized the comfort she provided to her Autism comfort dog.

Christina & her family were an absolute lifesaver during our recent family trip! Our energetic Springer Spaniel, Holley, absolutely adored everyone, especially all the snuggles! Her two dogs were also welcoming and became fast friends with Holley. Christina took great care of her, making sure she got plenty of walks and playtime. We loved receiving the daily updates with pictures and videos, it was clear how much Christina cared for our sweet Holley. Our community experienced record breaking weather and she needed to be evacuated! She handled the situation with ease, making sure Holley was calm and happy; even going above and beyond by giving her bath. We truly appreciate her professionalism and kind demeanor, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Christina to anyone needing a trustworthy and loving dog sitter. We'll definitely be booking her again!

Laura was fantastic! Lou and her dog got along wonderfully and she provided daily updates with pictures. It felt like Lou was very loved in her care - definitely recommend.

Debbie was such a wonderful caregiver for our senior beagle, Bea. She completely understood and was happy to support her extra age-related needs around feeding, bathroom breaks, and medication. She also gave us thoughtful updates about her mobility and their daily walks together. We will definitely book again.
