If I could give Shatoria more than 5 stars, I would! She came to our rescue after a last-minute cancellation and instantly put all our stress at ease. She was wonderful with our two cats and went above and beyond to make sure they were happy. You can tell she has a genuine, deep love for animals and truly cares about their well-being.
