Julie was outstanding in caring for our senior cat. We are especially appreciate of her care and follow up when Emmy seemed off. Julie even offered to stop by a second time to check in on her. Julie’s care and compassion will be forever remembered.

Jenifer did such a wonderful job taking care of my two kitties! They have polar opposite personalities and she adjusted to their needs with ease. Would highly recommend her services!

Kami was wonderful and took great care of our cats while we were away from home. She gave them plenty snacks and provided us with a thorough report on the wellbeing of our fur babies. 10/10 would use her services again 😄

We’ve always used family members to look after our fur babies, but this time they came on vacation with us, and we were left with no one to look after Riley and Murphy. Thank goodness we found Susan – she was absolutely terrific! Right off the bat when we first met Susan, we got an excellent first impression. She is very warm and friendly and was great with our pets. During the time away Susan sent us text messages and photos which really put our minds at ease. Our one cat, Murphy, is very timid and doesn’t usually come out while strangers are around. Susan was concerned when he wouldn’t come out for dinner. I reassured her that he would come out when he got hungry. I ratted Murphy’s hiding spot out, and she was able to feed him there the next day. I had to laugh when I received the text that she was “quite determined to make friends with Murphy.” By the end of the week Murphy was coming out for dinner and even let Susan pet him! I knew she would win him over 😊 We would not hesitate to use Susan again to look after not only our kitties but our home. We cannot recommend her highly enough! Thank you, Susan! Brianna has watched our cat twice now and she is great! Always willing to do medications and sends us detailed updates. We know our baby is in good hands with her!

Taylor was great. She stayed with our cats over the holiday weekend. She was communicative and reliable!

Ramsey was AMAZING!! Truly amazing!! From the moment I met Ramsey, I knew she was the one! Unfortunately, her schedule did not align with my initial needs, thus I begrudgingly selected another sitter for this trip. When that sitter refused to show up at my home without additional money (as I was already flying to my international destination), and was caught being dishonest on multiple issues, I was left with no sitter for my 7 day trip. I immediately reached out to Ramsey and she didn’t hesitate to come to my rescue!! When I explained my predicament, Ramsey jumped right in and we worked out the details, accommodating both our needs. Ramsey was very communicative, send photos and videos, and raised an issue of some congestion to watch. She fed and watered Mina, cleaned her litter box, administered transdermal medication, and played with her. She kept her engaged, introducing her to a bird channel on YouTube as well. Ramsey also cleaned up some vomit from the carpet and dealt with an unfortunate toilet situation from another fill-in caregiver. But, the pièce de résistance was that she made her way to the house during the blizzard to be sure Mina had enough food and received her medication even though I told her that her personal safety was more important. Really, I can’t say enough about Ramsey. She truly goes above and beyond!

Carrie did a phenomenal job with my Dog, he is very old and deaf and needed someone who would understand, she did just that!. Sent me many pictures and updates so I always felt at ease about having left. I will be using Carrie again.

Susana took wonderful care of our buddies while we were away. We appreciate her professionalism, commitment and communication. We Thank You for being their special friend while we were away.

Cindy was absolutely amazing! She took great care of my boys while we were away for a week. She went above and beyond in the services she provided. It put my mind at ease knowing she was here while we were on vacation. We received updates and pictures during her drop ins and I feel Cindy took care of my cats as though they were her own. Thank you for doing a wonderful job!!!

Stephanie was amazing! I was worried because this was my first time using Rover and going on a longer trip, but she kept me updated and sent photos daily. Even on days I couldn't respond during the wedding, she still made sure I was in the loop! She was flexible to work with and made the kitties felt loved. They were doing great when I got back, food was full, water was clean, and litter was doing good as well. I would definitely rebook her for other trips too!

Jenny and the girls did a great job of taking care of our two cats. They alerted us promptly to an issue with our automatic feeder and provided great updates and photos.
