Jessi is fantastic! This was our first time using Rover and I was nervous at first thought of using an in home service. After our meet and greet, I felt totally at ease and confident that Jessi would take great care of our cat Augie and be a trustworthy and responsible person in our home. She brought in packages, gave him lots of love, cleaned and recycled cat food cans, cleaned litter boxes, left woodland critter programming on the tv as requested, and secured the house. Her communication and photos of Augie were very much appreciated and we slept well knowing he was being cared for and loved on. 10 out of 10, we will absolutely request her services again for our next family trip!

Isaiah did a good job caring for Ruby and making sure she received her meds while we were out of town for a long weekend. Would have him help out again in the future.

Jen has been great! She came by before my trip to meet the cats and go through anything she might need to know. She's incredibly friendly and easy to reach and communicate with, which is very important to me. When a minor issue popped up with one of my cats at the last moment, she was understanding and kept me updated. I felt very comfortable and confident with her level of care and communication while I was gone. I will definitely be working with her in the future!

Julie took great care of my dog Razor while I was gone for the weekend, she sent detailed updates and lots of pictures! I will definitely be asking her to help with him again :)

Ceci did two daily drop in visits over the weekend while we were out of town. The dogs were happy to be at home and looked forward to seeing Ceci. She fed, walked and brushed their teeth. The best part was Ceci’s personality. She’s very outgoing and kind. I would definitely use her services again!
