When we met Susan for the first time, she asked great questions, knew how to interact with our dog, and had a genuine concern for the care of our dog. She was prompt in all communications, providing daily updates and photos. Jen was incredible with our high energy 8 month old puppy! She gave us updates while she was there and even after she left and some adorable pictures! It was such a relief to know that our girl was getting some activity and potty breaks while we were gone! We’ll definitely be using Jen again!
