Dog Boarding in West Bend

Rebecca and Matthew took wonderful care of our dog, Rufus! This was our first time leaving him with them, and they made us feel completely at ease from the start with an initial meet and greet at their home. Throughout the week, Rebecca and Matthew kept us updated with messages, photos, and videos, which we really appreciated. Their fenced-in yard was a huge plus for our energetic lab, and it gave us extra peace of mind. Rufus came home happy, and we will definitely be booking with Rebecca and Matthew again the next time we need a dog sitter!

They did a wonderful job caring for my baby! It was my first time leaving my cat away from home and without me for over a week, so I was definitely nervous. He’s very high-maintenance, needy, and particular about his routine, but they went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and well cared for. They listened carefully to his needs, provided excellent care, and communicated with me throughout my trip. The frequent updates and photos gave me so much peace of mind and reassured me that he was happy and doing well. They were incredibly welcoming and treated him like one of their own. I truly can’t thank them enough and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for pet care. Their home is perfectly set up for animals, including the ability to keep dogs and cats separated when needed, which made me feel even more confident leaving him in their care. For what I see everything went well. Of coarse Smokey doesn't talk n let me know anything. It was smokey's first experience around other dogs.
