Pet Sitting in Windsor

We've used Karen twice to check in twice a day on our two cats, and she has been wonderful both times. Very professional, very good with the boys (one who wants all the attention and one who wants none ever). Kept us updated and well informed, we will absolutely be using her again. This last time was a pretty last minute booking and she was able to work with us.

Jen is incredible! She went above and beyond with our boys, and we felt they were in great hands while we were away. This was our first time using Rover and her updates, photos and explanations put us at ease. I cannot recommend her enough and we will definitely use her next time!

Heather is absolutely amazing! She was so through during our meet and greet. She was fantastic with our fur babies, gave amazing updates while we were away. We got so many photos of them. She really helped to put our anxiety at easy of leaving our senior cats for a week. I would highly recommend Heather to anyone, she is a fantastic pet sitter.

Tonisha was so wonderful! She helped us out last minute while we were away and for several days after our sitter fell through. We could tell by all the pics and videos that our pup was loving his walks and attention from her. Highly recommend!

Anna was wonderful as always. She’s a great communicator and gives our Violet all care and attention she needs.

Taryn was great! She came over before our scheduled visit to learn how to feed our cat and mix the wet food with our cats heart medicine. She was very friendly and sent us cute pictures during her visits.

Hailey was great with my cat, Penny! Hailey gained Penny’s trust and affection immediately. Hailey sent detailed updates and lots of pictures which I greatly appreciated! We would definitely trust her to watch after Penny again!

Michel took great care of our shy kitty! She sent us regular updates and captured photos of our cat when she came out of hiding. We will be booking again with Michel in the future!

Jackie and her mom are a great team. They walked my dogs while I was away. I got a daily report and lots of pictures. I’d highly recommend them.

Emily came in on short notice and was so helpful, friendly and kind to our kitties. She played and petted and sent lots of photos. I often feel bad leaving my pets home alone for a few days, but a meet and greet with Emily put me at ease. I will definitely rebook with her.

Katelyn is wonderful! I work on an ambulance and have a lot of unknowns or random changes in my schedule. She has always been super helpful and adjusts with my schedule, even when it’s last minute. My dog loves her! Sometimes I think he is even more excited to see her than me (it’s fine, only hurts the ego a little bit 😂). It is comforting knowing that I have someone looking after my dog both that I trust and that he trusts, being a very anxious boy who is afraid of his own shadow. Being gone from my dog sometimes up to 50+ hours at a time is always nerve wracking, but Katelyn has always made that a little easier knowing that she knows my dogs routine and quarks. She also provides the best photos and updates that I have gotten from anyone and it always makes my day hearing how much fun he is having (and also hopefully not destroying my house bc he’s bored or mad that I left ). I book with Katelyn pretty regularly and will continue to do so. I have recommended her to some of my friends and coworkers and can not express it enough.

Taylor is so good with my dogs! My big guy 80 lb shepherd) can be a little wary at first but Taylor won him over so fast that he was giving her kisses by the end of their first drop in! Amazing. My other dog (75 lb) shepherd loves everyone so can take attention from the big one. Taylor evens it out and gives them both so much love and attention (and even some brushing!). She is a real treasure!!!

Allison took great care of our boys! Will definitely use her again if she wants to deal with their craziness!

We had never left our Winston home alone before for more than just a few hours so we were quite nervous for an upcoming out of town wedding. Toni was wonderful! She came for a Meet and Greet and Winston took to her immediately. She sent us pictures and updates from each of her visits and that really put our minds at ease so that we could relax and enjoy the wedding. We could tell she cared about him. I had a great experience with Carley! She relieved so much of my stress knowing my cat needed medication and is also a professional-level hider. 😂 She did amazing check-ins, kept me updated, and I truly didn’t have a single worry during my trip. Thank you so much, Carley! The only thing to note was that one evening her schedule changed and she needed to come earlier than the timing we originally discussed. It wasn’t a big issue, but it was a little different than expected. Overall, she took wonderful care of my cat, and I really appreciated her help!

Ben is so great with our two dogs - they just love their walks with him!
