She was great! Communication was excellent from the start, and even though we reached out within a week of needing care, she was still able to fit us into her schedule. We felt very comfortable leaving our pet with her and would definitely plan to keep using her in the future!

Kelly did a fantastic job watching my cat while I was away over the holidays! She sent lots of pictures and updates during her visits, which definitely helped put my mind at ease. Cannot recommend Maddy enough. She was very kind and easy to work with. It was so comforting knowing how much she cared for our pets while we were away for the week in Mexico. she sent regular updates, pictures and videos! She paid extra attention to detail and made sure to ask if our pets had any specials needs / routines. Our cats were very relaxed when we returned which was a sign of excellent care while we were gone. Will definitely be rebooking with Maddy for our next trip! :)

We have an old cat who doesn't usually take to strangers. But Pixel loves sitting on Madeline's lap and getting pets from her! He's going to miss her daily check ins!

She took my cat on less than a days notice, treating her like her own, and when my flight got delayed a day, she was super understanding. Would recommend to anyone who has pets. I will be using her again indefinitely
