Traveling away from home is nerve-racking when you have fur babies, but I feel at ease knowing that Audrey is looking after them!! She is great!!

This is our second time using Elena's drop-in services to care for our fur babies, and we'll continue to do so whenever the need arises. Our kitties are comfortable with her, she's great at communicating, and she always makes sure they're well cared for.

Zeel was great! She played with my cats, cleaned up their messes, communicated with me each day while we were away, and sent photos! I would absolutely book with her again in the future!

Did a walkthrough the day before our trip without hesitation so I could show her everything and she was very friendly, and took in all the info I gave her considerately leaving me confident in our decision!

Jennifer was awesome checking in on my 2 cats while I was away at a conference. We texted and also spoke via phone about each cat’s need, how they may respond with a new person, and my expectations. She spent the time of the short check in to ensure they were fed, watered, and did play time with them. She also kept me apprised the entire time. I plan to use her in the future and highly recommend her!

Jillianna was a pleasure to work with! She was prompt on time as scheduled and completed all the tasks we requested. Photos were sent and communication was right on point. This was our second time using Rover for vacation and I was super anxious about leaving my anti social cat Cheyenne. She’s hard to get to know (as some cats can be). Disha was reassuring and ontop of things from the first meet and greet! She was thorough and really made it known she would care for Cheyenne like she was hers. Throughout our vacation, I had spotty - to no signal with limited access to wifi, Disha still communicated with me and went onto suggest other ways to keep in touch! She even did an extra visit when my cat puked quite a lot one of the days to ensure she was okay! We loved having Disha watch Cheyenne and recommend her highly! We will continue to book with her in the future if she has availability! She even made friends with Cheyenne quite a few times (which some of our close friends have failed in) and really took the take time to care for her. We so appreciate you Disha and thank you!
