Alexis is phenomenal. While new to the area and having just moved in I had to take a short notice business trip. She promptly replied. Took not one but two trips over before hand to make sure everything was ready to go and she was a good match with my fur-baby. I have no doubt my pet is safe under her care and attention.

Kristen did a great job with our cats! By the end of the week they loved her, and we would happily ask Kristen to visit again during our next vacation.

This is the first time I have ever written an online review for anything. However, I have decided, in this case, a review is very much warranted. I needed a cat sitter for two trips that were only a few weeks apart. From my first meeting with Heather prior to my first trip to return home after my second trip, I never once worried about the care my cats were receiving. She was an absolute delight to work with. From the very first request to cat sit the communication was phenomenal. I loved that she didn't try to "force" herself onto my shyer cats like so many people try to do. She knew some cats will only accept you on their own terms with their own timeline. Heather was kind enough to roll my trash can to the street for pick up day and move it back to the house afterwards, and she washed up cat dishes even though I told her originally that she didn't have to do that! For those that are looking at costs, yes there are some sitters that have cheaper prices. I am also here to tell you that you will absolutely not regret booking Heather for your pet care needs. You will not worry if you know she is in charge of your fur babies. She does not treat pet sitting as a nice side job to make extra money. Heather knows she is responsible for members of your family and she takes that job very seriously. I will absolutely use Heather again in the future, as long as she is able and willing as well. Second time using Ana in almost back to back weeks due to a family emergency. She was wonderful both times. Very flexible with our last minute needs and left our house looking better than it was left. Highly highly recommend! Will definitely be using her for future needs for as long as she is on Rover :)

Savannah did a great job taking care of our three cats while we were on vacation. I look forward to having her back next trip.
