Dog Boarding in Bunker Hill

Suddenly, I needed a substitute sitter for a handfull: 2 dogs, very different: a rescued 60lb fast high-energy young dog (Redbone Coonhound-Doberman cross) and a small, slower and adult dog, a rescue stray pug, 25lb. I'm very happy I found Walter; he and his family adapted well to my mixture of needs with my dog family and took great care of my babies while I had to go assist my own family out of town in a shortage of help. I couldn't ask for more. I am grateful.

Joel and Janelle were wonderful and were able to accommodate my last minute request. I got updates and pictures daily, which really set my mind at ease. One of our dog’s had tummy troubles during their stay and they kept a close eye on her and were ready to bring her in for emergency care if need, which luckily, it was not. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future!

Our dog sitter canceled one week before our trip, over a holiday, and Cindy accepted our request within minutes. I’m honestly glad our other plans fell through. From the moment we met her, I knew Waffles would be in great hands. She sent daily photographs and updates, took him on walks, and he even became best friends with her daughter. He was able to sleep in bed at night time if he wanted, was not locked in a cage all day, and Cindy took care to give him his anti-anxiety medicine to help him adjust. When I arrived to pick him up, he ran to me excited and happy, then settled right back into his usual self at home. I’m so glad we found Cindy and hope to use her again in the future. I will never be taking him to a kennel now that I know Rover exists and there are incredible providers like Cindy available to make vacations less stressful for our little guy. We would 10 out 10 recommend her for anyone seeking a safe and comfortable home for their furbaby!

We booked Alexsys to watch our dogs, Road Runner and Rosie, for the weekend and she crushed it. Communication was solid the entire time, and the dogs clearly had a great time. Rosie loved being outside, and Road Runner—our senior Golden—was having full-on zoomies. That alone says a lot. If you want someone dependable who actually engages with your pets, she’s the one. Highly recommended.

Rusty loves staying with Michelle. He is treated like a little prince. I recommend Michelle if you are looking for a kind and responsive dog sitter.

We love Jessica ! She & her family are so great with our furr-baby ! She even sends pics & videos for updates ! We always know our pet is in great hands !

Barbara took such great care of our pups. This was our first time leaving them with someone that is not a family member and they were totally spoiled and so happy in all the pics she sent us. She even sat in the bathroom with our older guy and had the fan going during thunderstorms. Couldn’t ask for better care for our babies!

Chris and his family always do a wonderful job watching Rocky! Rocky loves going there and loves playing with Milo! We know we don’t have to worry about while we are away if he is staying with Chris.

We couldn’t have asked for a better Rover sitter! Luna is an extremely shy and sensitive dog, so leaving her is never easy, but she was so well cared for and genuinely seemed happy and comfortable in her home. She was kind, patient, incredibly communicative, and kept us updated throughout our trip, giving us complete peace of mind. It was obvious Luna was treated like family and received so much love and attention. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an exceptional, trustworthy sitter, and we’ll absolutely book with her again and again!

Michelle is fantastic! Kuzy just spent a couple weeks with her during a busy travel/job period I had and now he’s returned happier and healthier than ever. The more frequent dog park outings during his stay were clearly a large benefit and I will certainly be making a better habit of bringing him to local parks moving forward. He’s also now actually playing fetch whereas it has usually been keep away with me. I highly recommend you trust Michelle with your pup 🙏

Lori was delightful. Our dog Merlin had a great time and came home happy and obviously well cared for. She sent really fun pictures of him during the stay which was very nice.

Miss Molly seemed to be happy and healthy when we picked her up! Katherine sent us pictures and video of Molly while we were away for the weekend. Molly don't want to leave! I'd say that's a good sign that she had a terrific time.

Linda was absolutely wonderful with George! My dachshund requires 10 eye drops disbursed throughout the day and Linda was very accommodating of his medical needs and he had the best time with her! She will go above and beyond for your pet!

I couldn't have asked for better care for my dog. Tara and her husband were excellent. My dog loved the yard and got along well with their sweet dog Butcher. I highly recommend them for in-home pet sitting.
