Dog Boarding in Charles Town

Barbara was fantastic, great environment and lots of attention given to my dog. She sent daily updates of pics and video and my dog had an amazing time. Will definitely book with her again.

Michelle and family provided top-notch care for our “little old man,” Harry! Said we were lucky to get him back because they fell in love with him. 💖💖💖 Seriously, Harry was given extra special TLC when giving his meds, meals and snacks. He even made some new feline friends!! Michelle and family were also great at communicating his antics and sending pictures! Would not hesitate to recommend and reach out again when we need a sitter!!!

We had such a wonderful experience using Rover for our puppy’s care! From the very beginning, our sitter was professional, communicative, and clearly loves animals. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing our puppy was in such caring and capable hands. We received regular updates, photos, and little notes about how things were going, which meant the world to us while we were away. Our puppy came home happy, well cared for, and clearly comfortable with their sitter. It’s not easy trusting someone with your pet, but this experience exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend. We will use Walter again for sure.

Tetiana and her family are the consummate professionals. I had never left my furry son alone overnight with anyone before. She provided photos, videos and updates so often i was reassured my little one was in good hands. She spoiled him and paid close attention to details that mattered to him and his personality to help my feel better while his family was away for a short stint. I will definitely utilize her services again in the future. By far the best!!

Katherine is especially knowledgeable in animal behavior and experienced in handling all types of dog personalities. She knew just how to help our shy, recently rescued dog adapt to her first time away from us. Katherine is located in a lovely, peaceful country setting.

Erin and her family were wonderful with my 2 girls! They were very sweet and genuine and sent us tons of updates and pics. My girls loved their yard and ran around all day! Erin was super helpful when I forgot to pack their treats. I would absolutely recommend Erin and will definitely use her again!

Chris was absolutely wonderful! Great with communication and keeping me updated. Wyatt settled in immediately and was treated like one of his own. Chris kept Wyatt active throughout his stay (high energy breed) and he was tuckered out by the time we came to pick him up. Thank you Chris! Looking forward to working with you in the future :)

Allison was great! She took great care of our elderly dog. And was great with communication - including thinking ahead and letting us know we were running low on food. Would definitely have her watch our dog against

Joel and Janelle were wonderful and were able to accommodate my last minute request. I got updates and pictures daily, which really set my mind at ease. One of our dog’s had tummy troubles during their stay and they kept a close eye on her and were ready to bring her in for emergency care if need, which luckily, it was not. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future!

I couldn't have asked for better care for my dog. Tara and her husband were excellent. My dog loved the yard and got along well with their sweet dog Butcher. I highly recommend them for in-home pet sitting.

Alexsys is the best! She was communicative before and during Remy’s stay. Upon our request, she met up with us prior to his stay for a meet and greet so we could all get to know each other. She was flexible with our dropoff, pickup, and meeting times. We loved that Remy got to run in her backyard and play with other dogs who were staying there at the time.

Heidi and her family took excellent care of Poppy while we were in Paris! This is the second time we have used Heidi as our sitter and she continues to be our “go to” sitter. She is the best!

Nilla loved her stay with Tamara. She got lots of attention and got along great with Tamara's dogs. Would definitely request Tamara's help again in the future!

Lori is absolutely amazing with my 5-month-old pup, Kato! From the moment we met, I could tell she genuinely loves dogs - and she’s especially obsessed with Kato’s breed, which makes me feel even more confident leaving him in her care. Lori is so kind and truly obsessed with all things animals. Her passion shines through in the way she cares for every dog she watches. Kato always comes home happy, tired (in the best way), and clearly well loved. He enjoys playing with the other dogs there, and it’s been great for his socialization. Since Lori and her husband are both experienced dog trainers, I know he’s not only having a great time, but also in very capable hands. It gives me so much peace of mind to know he’s with someone who treats him like family. Highly recommend Lori to anyone looking for someone trustworthy, knowledgeable, and full of love for animals!

My dogs enjoyed their time with Audrey. They slept most of their first day home. Just like most people need a day to recover from an amazing vacation, so did they. They had an amazing time. Definitely recommend.

Alicia was amazing! She took great care of our dog and sent frequent updates with pictures and videos. Our dog had a great time with her and her kids, and enjoyed being able to run around her yard. Will definitely be using her again!

This was our first experience using Rover for boarding. We were apprehensive about our old girl being afraid and miserable in someone else's home. When we arrived at Kelly's address our dog seemed to be relaxed from the start. The other dogs in the home were clean and friendly, and the home had a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Kelly was accommodating and understanding of any "special requests" we had, like how to mix her food (she even warmed it for her) and administer the pills. Our dog actually looked like she was smiling when I left. Upon my arrival for pick-up, all of our dog's things already had been gathered up, her food containers were spotless, and it was just a matter of getting in the car and unpack from my own trip. We definitely will make a reservation with this dog sitter again.

Our dog loves spending time with Marne and fam. We’ve worked with them 3-4 times now—once for a week-long trip and they have been great about communicating. We got daily pics of her getting loved on by family members, playing with their dog Bailey, and hanging out during the day. During her first overnight stay, our dog went on a bit of a hunger strike and Marne was right on it—trying different things and keeping us up to date. We were able to resolve the issue right away. Can’t recommend them highly enough!

Nat and Ally and boys were amazing with our Roxy. They spoiled her with attention and took great care of her. One of their boys even drew a picture for Roxy to take home. We plan to hang it above her water bowl. Updates and pictures were great, we felt informed and had no need to worry. She was in great hands.
