House Sitting in Charles Town

Aly did a great job taking care of Aly and Daisee. She cared about their well being and wanted to make sure they were happy. She sent pictures and kept me updated. All went well while we were away.

I couldn't be happier with Alexia & Jay - they are my go-to sitters now! I tried Rover once before; I selected a house sitter, and the person indicated she was staying, but I don't think she spent much time here; there was little sign of her living here and my cat was hysterical and needy when I returned. A young couple for house sitting is a good idea - they won't get lonely or bored by themselves. They were personable, responsible, and responsive, with good communication. They sent me lots of videos every day of my cat being content and entertained. My cat tends to be afraid of men, but she warmed right up to Jay, he was good with her. When I got home kitty greeted me as if I had only come home from the grocery store; she had been well taken care of. Alexia and Jay left the house clean and tidy. I offered to pay them extra for various chores around the house while they were sitting. They were happy to do them, and did a great job. I came home to a house better than how I'd left it. Highly recommended!

Heather was the blessing I didn’t know I needed until she met my girls. I have been afraid to reach out knowing having rotties would put some people off. Even though they are sweet as can be they do not listen to anyone. Again, all the want is to cuddle and be center of attention. I have never left them before so they were used to constant attention. They LOVED Heather from the first time she came to meet them, they waited at the door for her to come back. I cannot thank Heather enough for actually trying and sometimes working to teach them and just the constant check ins and pictures to know my girls were well taken care of. It was my first time I had to leave them but I was so surprised when I saw that maybe my girls didn’t miss me at all! I love that and Heather is a blessing I am grateful for and there are not enough words to describe her bond with animals! Thank you Thank you Thank you

Day was wonderful! Our dogs were well cared for and our home was in better shape upon return than when we left! Will definitely hire her again!

With any pet sitter booking, you want to find someone that is going to care for your pets as if they were their own. Having two dogs of two very different personalities around new people, had my husband and I both wanting to ensure whomever cared for them knew what they were getting into. Charles came by for two different meet and greets which helped ease our minds ten fold. Charles was attentive, patient, and loving with our two dogs. We got photos and updates throughout our vacation from him showing how the dogs were relaxed and at ease while he was staying in our home. 10/10 would rebook with him and recommend him to anyone. Thank you again so much Charles for caring for Jack & Zoey while we were gone. You allowed us the comfort of enjoying our vacation instead of stressing the entire time we were away.

Lana was a perfect match for our boys. She provided care as if they were her own pets. Lana kept us up to date on their wellbeing and even sent pics. We would highly recommend her services!!

Kim was so great when she came to stay with our pup for a few hours! She sent lots of updates and photos and our pup seemed so comfortable and happy with her!

We booked Lauren to stay at our home with our pets and farm animals during vacation. We previously had a very bad experience with another sitter we met on Rover so we were nervous, but Lauren was absolutely amazing.
