First time using a sitter that wasn't family. My cats are generally very skittish. I figured she'd never see either one. Turns out she got them cat whispering skills and she handled them both. Highly recommend and will use again if she wants to.
Lauren does a great job. One of my cats seems to love her. The other one is standofish but will come around. We will definitely book her again!
