My Sophie was cared for and returned well groomed and contented. Regular photos and updates were super appreciated. This was the first time I have left my Sophie with a service and I nearly changed my mind the evening I dropped her off. but I was relieved by Deb sending photos with Sophie, interacting with a very special family member.
