I couldn't be happier with Alexia & Jay - they are my go-to sitters now! I tried Rover once before; I selected a house sitter, and the person indicated she was staying, but I don't think she spent much time here; there was little sign of her living here and my cat was hysterical and needy when I returned. A young couple for house sitting is a good idea - they won't get lonely or bored by themselves. They were personable, responsible, and responsive, with good communication. They sent me lots of videos every day of my cat being content and entertained. My cat tends to be afraid of men, but she warmed right up to Jay, he was good with her. When I got home kitty greeted me as if I had only come home from the grocery store; she had been well taken care of. Alexia and Jay left the house clean and tidy. I offered to pay them extra for various chores around the house while they were sitting. They were happy to do them, and did a great job. I came home to a house better than how I'd left it. Highly recommended!

This is the first time I have ever written an online review for anything. However, I have decided, in this case, a review is very much warranted. I needed a cat sitter for two trips that were only a few weeks apart. From my first meeting with Heather prior to my first trip to return home after my second trip, I never once worried about the care my cats were receiving. She was an absolute delight to work with. From the very first request to cat sit the communication was phenomenal. I loved that she didn't try to "force" herself onto my shyer cats like so many people try to do. She knew some cats will only accept you on their own terms with their own timeline. Heather was kind enough to roll my trash can to the street for pick up day and move it back to the house afterwards, and she washed up cat dishes even though I told her originally that she didn't have to do that! For those that are looking at costs, yes there are some sitters that have cheaper prices. I am also here to tell you that you will absolutely not regret booking Heather for your pet care needs. You will not worry if you know she is in charge of your fur babies. She does not treat pet sitting as a nice side job to make extra money. Heather knows she is responsible for members of your family and she takes that job very seriously. I will absolutely use Heather again in the future, as long as she is able and willing as well. Nick did a terrific job watching my cat while i was away, made sure her food and water bowls were replenished, even scooped her litter every day! Everything went very well- grateful for the overall care he took during the process.

Everything went well with Alex and my three kitties, although we had an extremely shy cat that hid from her. Now that Alex has met her, she is a little less scared. If available, I will book Alex again. I am grateful that she was available during Christmas.,

I can’t say enough good things about Cynthia, she is absolutely amazing. She took great care of my cats and fish including one cat who requires insulin. She went above and beyond again when I asked to extend my trip, then continued to help after I got sick and had to delay it again.

Abigail is the best! My cats love her & are sorry when I come home.

Shena was a very attentive sitter for the cats. She made sure to play with them and love them while we were gone! Will be rebooking when i need anyone!
