Cat Sitting in North Mountain

Kathryn did an excellent job looking over my 3 kitties! She always kept me updated with both the rover cards and texting. I really enjoyed getting the pictures with each visit and it made me feel more secure with leaving them alone. The litter boxes and their food area were very clean when I got home, which made me feel very grateful I didn't have to worry about it. Cleaned up their messes and I can't even tell where they might've been. I'll definitely be asking her to watch my kitties in the future!

I just felt so much better knowing Tori was checking on my animals. She communicated everything beautifully and on time. And I just appreciate her so much!

Such a great experience using Rover for the first time. Jessica was great. She communicated with us and was so accommodating when we had a mishap with the key. I definitely recommend Jessica for caring for your fur kids!

Leslie did drop in visits with our two boys, Oliver and Junior (aka AC Slater), and did a great job. The photos and videos were very welcome and toward the end of the week Oliver was falling in love! Leslie kept us informed as to their behavior and eating patterns, which we really appreciated. I would rebook with Leslie in a heartbeat!

This is the first time I have ever written an online review for anything. However, I have decided, in this case, a review is very much warranted. I needed a cat sitter for two trips that were only a few weeks apart. From my first meeting with Heather prior to my first trip to return home after my second trip, I never once worried about the care my cats were receiving. She was an absolute delight to work with. From the very first request to cat sit the communication was phenomenal. I loved that she didn't try to "force" herself onto my shyer cats like so many people try to do. She knew some cats will only accept you on their own terms with their own timeline. Heather was kind enough to roll my trash can to the street for pick up day and move it back to the house afterwards, and she washed up cat dishes even though I told her originally that she didn't have to do that! For those that are looking at costs, yes there are some sitters that have cheaper prices. I am also here to tell you that you will absolutely not regret booking Heather for your pet care needs. You will not worry if you know she is in charge of your fur babies. She does not treat pet sitting as a nice side job to make extra money. Heather knows she is responsible for members of your family and she takes that job very seriously. I will absolutely use Heather again in the future, as long as she is able and willing as well. She took really great care of my cats and followed my directions excellently. The pictures and updates helped my anxiety of leaving for so long and it was greatly appreciated.

Demi did absolutely amazing with my foster cat Benito! This was my first Rover experience, and I had full peace of mind while I was away because of Demi’s promptness, communication, and enthusiasm. She sent detailed updates and so many photos for each drop-in and even left a printed collage of some of the pictures she took of Benny 🥲 Would not hesitate to recommend Demi for loving pet care and will definitely be booking her again in the future!
