Cat Sitting in Rosemont

This is the first time I have ever written an online review for anything. However, I have decided, in this case, a review is very much warranted. I needed a cat sitter for two trips that were only a few weeks apart. From my first meeting with Heather prior to my first trip to return home after my second trip, I never once worried about the care my cats were receiving. She was an absolute delight to work with. From the very first request to cat sit the communication was phenomenal. I loved that she didn't try to "force" herself onto my shyer cats like so many people try to do. She knew some cats will only accept you on their own terms with their own timeline. Heather was kind enough to roll my trash can to the street for pick up day and move it back to the house afterwards, and she washed up cat dishes even though I told her originally that she didn't have to do that! For those that are looking at costs, yes there are some sitters that have cheaper prices. I am also here to tell you that you will absolutely not regret booking Heather for your pet care needs. You will not worry if you know she is in charge of your fur babies. She does not treat pet sitting as a nice side job to make extra money. Heather knows she is responsible for members of your family and she takes that job very seriously. I will absolutely use Heather again in the future, as long as she is able and willing as well. Jessica did a great job with our 3 girl cats and was very reliable. We loved the updates and photos, and she clearly spent quality playtime with them. We will definitely book Jessica again!

Leslie was amazing! This was my first time using a pet sitter for my 7 cats and it was a great experience! I was never left wondering if/when my cats were going to be fed, because she updated me all the time. She sent pictures and told me which cats came out from hiding. If I am ever in need of a cat sitter again, Leslie will be my first choice! 10/10

Adriene sent me pictures and videos throughout the stay. Communication was frequent and clear and my Sophie was doing great when I went back home. She took good care of the house as well. Overall great experience!

Aly was so communicative and took extra care to interact and snuggle with our cats. We really appreciated her willingness to sit for us last minute and enjoyed our trip knowing she was updating us with pictures of her sleepovers with our girls and Pookie. She was able to administer insulin for our diabetic cat and ensure her dietary needs were met. We were so lucky to find her!

Amazing job. I didn't have to worry while I was on vacation. I was provided with pictures and a reassuring description of what happened each day. Thank you!

Demi did absolutely amazing with my foster cat Benito! This was my first Rover experience, and I had full peace of mind while I was away because of Demi’s promptness, communication, and enthusiasm. She sent detailed updates and so many photos for each drop-in and even left a printed collage of some of the pictures she took of Benny 🥲 Would not hesitate to recommend Demi for loving pet care and will definitely be booking her again in the future!

She is really great. I had a last minute request, and she was very accomodating. I can tell from the pictures I get of them they are okay with her as opposed to most other people. I completely trust her with my cats.

Teri is a great cat sitter. She was 100% reliable, and gave me regular feedback. Buddy took to her right away, and, from the pictures, apparently enjoyed her visits. Upon my return, I found him healthy & happy.

Judy was great and really patient with my sassy cat who isn’t the best new people. Judy communicated with me frequently and wrote great updates during her drop-in visits.

Michele stopped by daily to care for Casper the Cat over a three-week period, and she did a fantastic job. She followed all instructions, sent daily photos, and Casper looked happy and well every time. Her reliability and care gave us total peace of mind. I highly recommend Michele for pet check-ins and home visits—she’s dependable and great with animals.
