House Sitting in Shenandoah Junction

Heather is wonderful with our dog. She sends regular updates, pix and puts us at ease every time we have to be away. Our dog is himself around her and really likes her, which is everything we needed to know!

Aly did a great job taking care of my dog! I felt like my pet was in good hands because Aly was good at communicating with me and took the time to make sure my dog was comfortable!

I couldn't be happier with Alexia & Jay - they are my go-to sitters now! I tried Rover once before; I selected a house sitter, and the person indicated she was staying, but I don't think she spent much time here; there was little sign of her living here and my cat was hysterical and needy when I returned. A young couple for house sitting is a good idea - they won't get lonely or bored by themselves. They were personable, responsible, and responsive, with good communication. They sent me lots of videos every day of my cat being content and entertained. My cat tends to be afraid of men, but she warmed right up to Jay, he was good with her. When I got home kitty greeted me as if I had only come home from the grocery store; she had been well taken care of. Alexia and Jay left the house clean and tidy. I offered to pay them extra for various chores around the house while they were sitting. They were happy to do them, and did a great job. I came home to a house better than how I'd left it. Highly recommended!

Haleigh was punctual and I came home to a happy pup & house in order. She was very responsive to questions and requests while I was gone.

Courtney was outstanding with our two dogs. The pups of 15 and 13 years old were well cared for. Courtney provided them with their medications, and they enjoyed her company tremendously. Courtney stayed at our house and took great care of everything and was very respectful of our home. We now know who to call when our pups need a house guest to entertain.

Lovely person, excellent care. Three day out-of-town trip, 2 dogs (min pin and a doberman). Would definitely hire again.

With any pet sitter booking, you want to find someone that is going to care for your pets as if they were their own. Having two dogs of two very different personalities around new people, had my husband and I both wanting to ensure whomever cared for them knew what they were getting into. Charles came by for two different meet and greets which helped ease our minds ten fold. Charles was attentive, patient, and loving with our two dogs. We got photos and updates throughout our vacation from him showing how the dogs were relaxed and at ease while he was staying in our home. 10/10 would rebook with him and recommend him to anyone. Thank you again so much Charles for caring for Jack & Zoey while we were gone. You allowed us the comfort of enjoying our vacation instead of stressing the entire time we were away.

Day took care of my GSD, Mira and my Dachshund, Lilly -for 6 days, staying at my house. Mira who suffers from anxiety and is a velcro dog, and Lilly who is almost 16 years old, both need a lot of loving..and that is exactly what they got. Mira also has some digestive issues and needs her food mixed in a special way and Day made sure to take special care. Be aware! Day will give you daily updates on your dogs, which will include the poop of your dogs. Yes...that is how thorough she is. She walked them, and even took Mira out for an hike (with permission). My dogs were the calmest they have ever been upon my return. This was the first time I didn't board them at a kennel. Choosing Day was one of the best choices I have made.

Lauren was fantastic! We didn’t have to worry about our doggie while we were on vacation. I was confident that she would take care of our fur baby and our home. I will definitely be reaching back out to her the next time we need a pet sitter!
