Cat Sitting in Shepherdstown

Teri is a great cat sitter. She was 100% reliable, and gave me regular feedback. Buddy took to her right away, and, from the pictures, apparently enjoyed her visits. Upon my return, I found him healthy & happy.

This is the first time I have ever written an online review for anything. However, I have decided, in this case, a review is very much warranted. I needed a cat sitter for two trips that were only a few weeks apart. From my first meeting with Heather prior to my first trip to return home after my second trip, I never once worried about the care my cats were receiving. She was an absolute delight to work with. From the very first request to cat sit the communication was phenomenal. I loved that she didn't try to "force" herself onto my shyer cats like so many people try to do. She knew some cats will only accept you on their own terms with their own timeline. Heather was kind enough to roll my trash can to the street for pick up day and move it back to the house afterwards, and she washed up cat dishes even though I told her originally that she didn't have to do that! For those that are looking at costs, yes there are some sitters that have cheaper prices. I am also here to tell you that you will absolutely not regret booking Heather for your pet care needs. You will not worry if you know she is in charge of your fur babies. She does not treat pet sitting as a nice side job to make extra money. Heather knows she is responsible for members of your family and she takes that job very seriously. I will absolutely use Heather again in the future, as long as she is able and willing as well. Hana was reliable, and Buddy looked forward to seeing her.

Adriene sent me pictures and videos throughout the stay. Communication was frequent and clear and my Sophie was doing great when I went back home. She took good care of the house as well. Overall great experience!

Karen checked in on my cat Heidi for five days and did an amazing job! My cat doesn’t like being left alone but Karen seemed to bond with Heidi very quickly and put her at ease. She was on time and very responsive and her messages about Heidi always made me laugh. I am using Karen again when I attend a wedding and I highly recommend her.

I had an emergency come up and Michelle was able to take great care of my cats. I'm very grateful for her help and will be reaching out again in the future :)

Satsuki was an excellent sitter, and would be my first choice in the future. She was very communicative, easy to coordinate with, and took great care of my senior cat Sadie. Sadie seemed very taken with her, which speaks to Satsuki's kindness and care. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a professional, kind, and communicative sitter. Thank you!!

Kylee was great with our cat, visiting her during the two week period. We had a peace of mind knowing Shkoda is well taken care of. Kylee went beyond the tasks we requested when needed. Would definitely continue working with Kylee when needed.

Leah was a great cat-sitter! Very easy to work with, she made fast-friends with our cat, sent us reassuring updates each day, even a picture of his litter box (as only a pet owner would appreciate!) We felt very good being away while knowing that she was taking care of our little bundle of furry fun. I will definitely be using Leah again in the future! Thank you Leah!!!

Celina is awesome! She was great with communication and kept us well updated after each visit. Even though it was our first booking with her, it felt like she had known my cats for years. They were so comfortable with her and it was obvious she really cared about them. I will definitely be booking Celina again!
