Dog Boarding in Summit Point

We were able to book with Walter last minute when our holiday plans changed. He was great! Quick communication and we received both pictures and videos of our dog loving every second of her mini vacation. We will definitely reach out to Walter again when we need a sitter in the area.

Daisy has a good sense in people. Before we even got through the door she was excited to stay. She seemed to have settled in quickly and was loved while she was there. Michelle is very responsive and worked around our schedule to make drop off and pick up very easy. They have a beautiful home and are very lovely people. We were able to relax on vacation knowing that Daisy was spoiled and happy.

Cindy accepted us on a last minute request and was wonderful with Leon! She provided updates and videos and was very quick to answer communications. Leon had a blast and we will definitely be reaching out to Cindy with future boarding needs.

Nice operation here. Nicely fenced 1 acre yard and entire lower level of the house is climate controlled area just for a limited amount of dogs. Rotating exercise shifts an no risk of dog/dog conflicts. They clearly love dogs. Daily pictures and very responsive to texts. I will be using them again.

Barbara is an exemplary sitter. She took the time prior to the visit to get to know our dog and understand not only his needs but what was important to us as dog parents. She was communicative and reliable and never left us wondering how our pup was doing while he was under her care. I highly recommend her!

Erin and her whole family took such great care of our sweet cavapoo and we can’t thank them enough. He seemed right at home and we know he was loved and cared for amazingly well. Top notch service and we’re so grateful!

Alexsys took such good care of our pup! It was his first time with a stranger overnight and he was well cared for and we got lots of updates. Thank you!!

Chris takes such good care of Pepper. When we pulled up to the house, Pepper knew where we were and leaped out of the car to run up and greet him! Pepper feels like he gets his own vacation when we take him there.

Both dogs were happy and tired when I picked them up after their first stay at Lori’s, which is what you want! One of my dogs had been recently bitten at a dog park and since then unpredictably reactive. Lori wasn’t daunted at all and sent me photos and messages of how much fun and love the dogs were getting and giving! Would recommend!

Tamara was a wonderful caregiver for our two terriers. She is experienced and was patient and loving with Odie and Bella. Her yard is well-fenced and secure. I felt comfortable leaving our dogs with Tamara right from the start. We would definitely consider booking with Tamara again for boarding our two dogs in the future.

Katherine took great care of our large standard poodle! She very quickly responded to our boarding request, sent regular picture updates while we were gone, and seemed to really care about our dog. When we brought him home, he was very relaxed and comfortable. He also had plenty of exercise while staying at her home. Katherine is very knowledgeable about dogs, so it was very comfortable for us to leave him at her place. I would highly recommend Katherine!

Tara is amazing! Our dog is always well loved and cared for! I love the pictures and updates. Could not ask for a better person to love on our dog while we’re away.

Thank you for watching our fur babies! This was a short notice booking and we couldn't be more pleased at how well Anahita took care of our pups and sent frequent pictures. We would definitely book again.

Great place to leave Luna for her first extended stay away, and she loved it there. Very nice and caring family, good dog companions and lots of room to run and play! Can't be beat!!!

Maki is an exceptional host and we could not be more happy to have had our Sheepadoodle Moby stay with her and her family. Communication was excellent and they took the time to understand his personality so that his time away from us was peaceful. They are the best!

We absolutely LOVE Sarah!! She was amazing with our two dogs and sent us updates on a daily basis. Sarah is now our go to person whenever we need someone to watch our dogs.

The dogs were well taken care of and Gabby was flexible when our flights got delayed, which was extremely helpful and one less thing that we had to worry about.

Because of his background before we adopted him at age 10 or so, our dog Tyson is not a lover of humanity. Things sometimes get tricky when people get too close to him. A Chihuahua/mini-Pinscher mix, he can get frightened by people and lash out. Not so at all with Linda. From the moment we dropped him off at her house to the time we picked him up, he showed no signs of anxiety, fear or aggression. He went about the house sniffing things out, jumped on the sofa like an old friend and was well-behaved when we left him in her care. When we picked him up, he showed no signs of anxiety at all and seemed at ease with Linda. When we arrived, he was scouting out the enclosed front yard and seemed quite happy. We want to thank Linda for taking good care of him, obviously with great patience and she’ll be the person we’ll go back to when we need to travel again. Linda is caring, calm and she loves animals, that’s totally clear. Thanks once again, Linda!
