Cat Sitting in Swan Pond

This is the first time I have ever written an online review for anything. However, I have decided, in this case, a review is very much warranted. I needed a cat sitter for two trips that were only a few weeks apart. From my first meeting with Heather prior to my first trip to return home after my second trip, I never once worried about the care my cats were receiving. She was an absolute delight to work with. From the very first request to cat sit the communication was phenomenal. I loved that she didn't try to "force" herself onto my shyer cats like so many people try to do. She knew some cats will only accept you on their own terms with their own timeline. Heather was kind enough to roll my trash can to the street for pick up day and move it back to the house afterwards, and she washed up cat dishes even though I told her originally that she didn't have to do that! For those that are looking at costs, yes there are some sitters that have cheaper prices. I am also here to tell you that you will absolutely not regret booking Heather for your pet care needs. You will not worry if you know she is in charge of your fur babies. She does not treat pet sitting as a nice side job to make extra money. Heather knows she is responsible for members of your family and she takes that job very seriously. I will absolutely use Heather again in the future, as long as she is able and willing as well. Jessica is simply the best! My kitty loved having her visit while I was away! I am forever grateful for the care and love she gave during my time away. She's a real animal lover that goes above and beyond! She is trustworthy and I will always have her care for my animals when I am away.

Kristen did a great job with our cats! By the end of the week they loved her, and we would happily ask Kristen to visit again during our next vacation.

Michele stopped by daily to care for Casper the Cat over a three-week period, and she did a fantastic job. She followed all instructions, sent daily photos, and Casper looked happy and well every time. Her reliability and care gave us total peace of mind. I highly recommend Michele for pet check-ins and home visits—she’s dependable and great with animals.
