We had a great experience with William. He consistently updated us on how our dog was doing which put us at ease. I'd definitely use his services again!

Sara was exceptional! We had a longer trip away, and were left so at peace knowing our cat was getting such loving and responsible care. She kept daily communication with us leaving detailed notes, and left us several photos a day of our cat- who always looked so happy and eager to be in her attention. Not a single need went unattended, even the gross ones! From cleaning up the yucky leftover wet food bowls (our cat never finishes his), to changing out the litter genie for us, and much more! (His coat was so soft from the brushing she did!) We are so beyond grateful for Sara and hope to use her again in the future!

Jiaming has looked after out cat a few times, and she has always done a phenomenal job! She sends plenty of photos, details everything from the visit and is overall lovely to work with! Would highly recommend!

Catherine took amazing care of my cat while I was away. My cat is usually very shy but warmed right up to her and I could see from the pictures she sent how happy she was!

Tiffany was amazing looking after our two cats during our time away. We have very needy cats, one who has heart failure and needs medications which Tiffany made sure he got. She sent us lots of pictures and updates us on playtime, litterbox and eating!! So happy!
